Manual QA Engineer (FinTech): Testing web and mobile applications for enterprise-level e-commerce solutions across FinTech, EdTech, and AgroTech projects with an accent on manual testing, test documentation, backend validation, and API testing. Focus on designing test cases, analyzing product features and risks, performing root cause analysis, and verifying defects across client-server and microservices architectures.
Location: Remote from anywhere in the world, or onsite from offices in Kyiv, Lviv, or Warsaw.

What you will do
- Analyze business requirements and create, execute, and maintain manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Test enterprise-level e-commerce solutions, including backend services, REST and GraphQL APIs, client-server components, and microservices.
- Report, verify, and analyze defects, including root cause and impact analysis.
- Prepare test documentation, estimates, progress updates, and test summary reports.
- Participate in project meetings, brainstorming, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Recommend improvements to QA procedures, systems, and tools.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of manual testing experience, including at least 2 years with web and mobile applications.
- Experience creating test plans, test cases, scenarios, specifications, requirements documentation, and testing reports.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, test design techniques, testing metrics, risks, and testing environments.
- Experience with backend testing, REST or GraphQL APIs using Postman, databases and SQL, network principles, client-server architecture, and microservices.
- Experience using browser developer tools and performing feature analysis, impact analysis, and quality monitoring.
- Upper-intermediate English or higher in written and spoken communication.
Nice to have
- ISTQB certification.
- Performance testing experience.
