What you will do

• Own game design for Wheel of Fortune and report directly to the Game Director.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Art, Analytics, LiveOps, and QA to take features from concept to release.
• Write concise, detailed design specifications for the development team.
• Help plan the production roadmap and LiveOps calendar.
• Optimize levels, puzzles, battle passes, weekly challenges, and daily challenges to improve balance and player engagement.
• Align designs with player needs, franchise strategy, and business goals while applying market trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional game design experience.
• Proficiency in level design, systems design, game tuning, content design, user experience design, and design documentation.
• Deep understanding of free-to-play monetization, game balancing, and virtual economy management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including gathering feedback and aligning stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, international environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to improve designs.

Nice to have

• Experience designing free-to-play mobile games, especially in casual, social, word, or trivia genres.
• Deep understanding of the Wheel of Fortune TV show, its gameplay, and its rules.
