Game Designer (Puzzle)

What you will do

• Define a clear and cohesive game design pipeline for a high-potential puzzle game.
• Pitch and implement major features, breaking them into smaller components.
• Own gameplay balancing, pacing, feel, and overall player experience.
• Analyze mobile game mechanics, gameplay data, and user behavior to support design decisions.
• Contribute across UI, UX, game logic, performance, prototyping, and other aspects of development.
• Benchmark the market and identify relevant gameplay trends.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional game development experience, including at least 3 years as a game designer.
• Experience developing mobile games, with experience in free-to-play or RPG games.
• Strong knowledge of casual games and gameplay design.
• Ability to create playable prototypes independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Accountability, independence, ownership, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience designing LiveOps for a live product.
• Proficiency in Unity.
• Familiarity with Figma or similar visual collaboration software.
