REMOTE POSITION FOR PAYMENT OPERATIONS SPECIALISTS

An international forex broker is looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to own the payments side of the business — from sourcing and onboarding new PSPs to reporting and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Search for new PSPs, build and maintain relationships with payment providers and banks
- Support onboarding and integration of new PSPs and payment solutions
Investigate and resolve payment failures, delays, chargebacks, and disputes
- Monitor PSP performance — success rates, processing times, and costs
- Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and internal operational procedures
- Prepare payment reports and analyze transaction trends and performance
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payment efficiency and client experience
- Research payment methods across different regions
- Work closely with development and risk teams
Requirements:
Russian and English — working proficiency (must-have). Legal experience with compliance requests or PSP/bank onboardings is a strong plus.
Fully remote, exciting scope of work in the payments space.
