Product Specialist (Hybrid-Casual) (Game Ideation and Production): Executing the ideation, prototyping, and production of hybrid-casual games with an accent on playtesting, performance data, and rapid iteration. Focus on evaluating prototype games, deciding which concepts move to production, and building high-performing player experiences.
Location: On-site in Sarıyer, Istanbul, Turkey; fully remote work is not offered.

What you will do
- Execute the ideation, prototyping, and production process for hybrid-casual games.
- Collaborate with the team to build high-performing hybrid-casual games.
- Use playtesting and performance data to iterate quickly.
- Evaluate prototype games and decide which concepts move into production.
Requirements
- Be a fresh graduate from a reputable university.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Use a data-driven, results-oriented approach.
- Show strong enthusiasm for gaming and commitment to outstanding player experiences.
- Be available to work on-site in Istanbul, Sarıyer.
