Online Reputation Management Specialist (ORM)

What you will do

• Monitor brand mentions across social media, forums, Reddit, Quora, and regional online communities.
• Develop and implement online reputation management strategies for LATAM markets.
• Respond to negative reviews and comments professionally, de-escalating conflicts and improving audience sentiment.
• Advise on reputation management and neutral or positive discussion protocols.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to address recurring complaints at their root.
• Report on brand sentiment trends, share of voice, and reputation KPIs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in online reputation management, community management, or a related field.
• Experience with forum-based and community-driven platforms, including Reddit, Quora, and niche communities.
• Familiarity with social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Mention, YouScan, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media and review ecosystems relevant to LATAM.
• Excellent written communication skills in Spanish.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and translate analytical data into actionable insights.
