Location: Hybrid role requiring on-site work three days a week at the HQ in Brighton, United Kingdom; the remaining two days may be worked on-site, remotely, or from home. Periodic domestic and international travel may be required.

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day website content across Shopify and digital customer touchpoints, including landing pages, collections, navigation, promotional messaging, and campaign assets.
- Plan and execute homepage merchandising, product stories, collections, seasonal launches, and product drops in collaboration with Merchandising, Buying, Marketing, CRM, and Creative teams.
- Manage onsite search, product sorting, collection merchandising, filters, and navigation to improve product discovery and customer engagement.
- Support SEO activity by optimizing collection and landing pages, meta descriptions, alt text, and other onsite content in partnership with an SEO agency.
- Analyze homepage, campaign, and landing-page performance using GA4, Shopify Analytics, and other ecommerce tools; own the content A/B testing program.
- Audit website accuracy, report issues, support trading activity during peak periods, and contribute to ecommerce projects and competitor reviews.
Requirements
- Experience in an ecommerce, digital content, or online retail environment.
- Experience using Shopify or a similar ecommerce platform.
- Strong understanding of website content management, digital merchandising, SEO principles, and content optimization.
- Excellent written communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Commercial awareness and confidence using data to make content recommendations.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with the ability to work at pace and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice to have
- Fashion or lifestyle ecommerce experience.
- Experience with GA4, Shopify Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools, onsite search, or merchandising tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML or Shopify Liquid.
