Accountant II

Location: Brno, Czech Republic; onsite at Vlněna Office Park

What you will do

• Support the month-end closing process for multiple legal entities.
• Prepare financial statements, complex journal entries, and detailed general ledger reconciliations.
• Contribute to accounting process improvement projects, procedure documentation, and ERP account and integration setup.
• Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX requirements.
• Prepare audit documentation and participate in interim and year-end audits.
• Prepare, record, and analyze moderately complex accounting transactions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Direct experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Database management experience and working knowledge of accounting principles.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and improve accounting procedures.

Nice to have

• Applicable accounting certification.
