Senior Testing & Commissioning Manager - Saudi National

Location: Full-time onsite in the Client’s offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary testing and commissioning activities across fire and life safety, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, utility piping, HVAC, and firewater systems.
• Develop commissioning strategies, execution plans, procedures, sequences, and schedules from system completion through start-up and final handover.
• Plan and supervise pre-commissioning activities, including walkdowns, line checking, flushing, hydrostatic and pneumatic testing, leak testing, drying, and preservation.
• Coordinate PMCs, contractors, engineering, construction, QA/QC, operations, HSE, vendors, and client representatives.
• Lead system energization, start-up, performance testing, operational readiness reviews, and system acceptance activities.
• Manage mechanical completion certification, punch-list closure, completion dossiers, turnover packages, handover documentation, and project close-out.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in fire and life safety, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing commissioning for infrastructure and buildings projects.
• At least 5 years in a Lead Commissioning Engineer or Senior Commissioning role.
• Proven experience with utility systems, mechanical packages, brownfield modifications, tie-ins, pre-commissioning, start-up, and operational handover.
• Ability to work full-time from the Client’s offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of HSE requirements, risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis, Permit-to-Work systems, commissioning procedures, quality records, and handover documentation.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification.
