TL;DR
Head of Legal (Corporate, Investment & Real Estate Law): Supporting investment transactions in stock-market and real-estate markets, corporate matters across Cyprus, the UK, the UAE, and Russia, and management of a five-person legal department with an accent on litigation, contracts, audit, accounting, and tax issues. Focus on resolving international real-estate disputes, coordinating local lawyers and attorneys, and managing legal support for complex transactions.
HEAD OF LEGAL
Cyprus | Both Rus/Eng must be fluent. Relocation from Russia, CIS & Europe is available & under discussion
Compensation: 10k euro per month.
Main responsibilities:
Support for a wide range of investment transactions in the stock market;
Legal support for investment transactions in the real estate market;
Corporate law (Cyprus, UK, UAE, Russia);
Control and management of contractual matters;
Litigation department;
Related matters: audit, accounting, tax issues;
Management of a legal department (5 people);
Resolving real estate disputes in various countries;
Coordination with local lawyers and attorneys for litigation regarding real estate defects.
