🕹️Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with VIP players, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Personalized Service: Deliver tailored support and communication through multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, live chat).
- Player Retention: Design and execute retention strategies to maximize player lifetime value and reduce churn.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on VIP player activity, providing insights and recommendations to management.
🕹️ Requirements:
- Previous experience in VIP account management, preferably within iGaming, online entertainment, or a similar customer-focused industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages are often a strong advantage).
