What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of VIP players via chat, messengers, and phone calls.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients to ensure engagement.
• Execute reactivation and retention strategies for both active and dormant VIP players.
• Provide personalized bonuses and reload promotions based on the approved VIP matrix.
• Analyze player activity metrics, including deposits, GGR, LTV, and average bet size.
• Collaborate with anti-fraud, payments, and loyalty teams to resolve complex VIP requests.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a VIP Manager or Retention Specialist in iGaming, betting, or crypto.
• Must be based in Poland.
• English: B2+ level required.
• Ukrainian: Fluent (C1) required.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Telegram, WhatsApp, and LiveChat.
• Understanding of key metrics: Deposit, GGR, LTV, and Retention.
