What you will do

• Develop and execute company strategy in line with Group and company objectives.
• Oversee financial performance, investments, business projects, revenue initiatives, and operating costs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, communicate policies, and drive organisational performance.
• Direct policies and procedures supporting compliance with CySEC regulations.
• Represent the company in negotiations with customers, partners, providers, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Develop marketing and public relations strategies and act as a public representative.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of senior management or executive experience, including experience in a CySEC-regulated investment firm or financial services organisation.
• Strong knowledge of the CIF regulatory framework, including MiFID II, CySEC Directives, and the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law.
• Ability to be assessed and approved as fit and proper by CySEC for a director-level position, if not already approved.
• Proven experience in business growth, P&L ownership, strategic execution, negotiation, stakeholder management, and public representation.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
