What you will do
- Provide escalation support by clarifying problem descriptions and contributing to service order actions.
- Create diagnostics requirements and lead parts of new product or service rollouts.
- Execute analysis and solution definition within a single competence domain.
- Support solution integration and test plan execution.
- Mentor new hires and deliver intermediate to advanced training to colleagues and customers.
- Share knowledge and improve operational efficiency within the team.
Requirements
- MSc or PhD in a technical field, with PhD being a plus but not required.
- Experience in IC manufacturing or research institutes focusing on lithography, patterning, overlay, imaging, focus, metrology, or defectivity related to node/process development.
