Frontend Developer (React)

Location: Hybrid in Athens, Attiki, Greece, combining remote and office-based work; option to work from abroad is available.

What you will do

• Collaborate with business, product, mobile, web, vendor, and technology teams to develop digital initiatives and features from conception to launch.
• Research, analyze, design, develop, and test solutions aligned with business and technology strategy.
• Translate functional requirements into technical user stories and assign business value.
• Maintain technical integrity and quality throughout the development lifecycle, including code reviews and quality control.
• Collaborate with conversation analysts, architects, and developers to create effective technical designs.
• Help remove technical impediments and communicate with project teams throughout all project stages.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience designing and developing software.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with frontend frameworks, especially React and Next.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, integrations, versioning, and source control systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English, plus the ability to work effectively in agile, multi-project environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with server-side rendering frameworks using Node, unit testing, GraphQL, micro-frontends, Webpack, or Vite.
• Experience with headless CMS, modern frontend build pipelines, and CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows, coding assistants, agent-based tooling, and productivity automation.
• Agile team experience, problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
