develops and operates an in-house Sportsbook platform supporting sports betting brands, trading tools, and customer-facing betting features.
What you will do
- Lead engineers, developers, designers, and other contributors toward successful project delivery.
- Work with team members and stakeholders to support projects and rollout services.
- Support continuous improvement and maintain focus on business goals.
- Manage direct reports through vacation planning and regular one-to-one meetings.
- Motivate, direct, coach, and support team members in collaboration with HR.
Requirements
- Development experience building highly scalable, containerized services and applications.
- Strong knowledge of modern web technologies, including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Angular.
- Strong preference for Angular experience.
- Familiarity with .NET Core, C#, RabbitMQ, Redis, and MS SQL.
- Strong understanding of lean and agile principles for product development.
- Demonstrated team-building, people management, leadership, motivation, and coaching skills.
