TL;DR
Senior Frontend Software Engineer (React): Building Nova Backoffice, a multi-operator iGaming platform, with an accent on scalable React architecture, internal component libraries, dynamic form workflows, and complex player, bonus, dashboard, and transaction views. Focus on evolving the Lotus UI design system, managing layered client and server state, and establishing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing as the product moves toward production.
Location: Hybrid in Marousi, Greece

What you will do
- Own and evolve Lotus UI, an internal component library built on MUI, including DataGrid wrappers, form inputs, banners, action bars, and layout primitives.
- Build complex, configuration-driven workflows for player profiling, identification, and account management with React Hook Form and Yup.
- Develop platform views for player management, bonus campaigns, executive KPI dashboards, and payment and wager transaction grids.
- Manage application state across Zustand stores and server state with TanStack Query and custom query hooks.
- Help establish unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage as the codebase moves toward production.
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions, influencing frontend patterns and scalability decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience with substantial React experience.
- Strong knowledge of modern React, including hooks, composition patterns, and component architecture at scale.
- Experience building or maintaining an internal design system or component library.
- Solid understanding of MUI customization, including theming, overrides, and MUI X Pro components.
- Experience with Zustand or similar lightweight state managers in complex applications.
- Comfortable working with JavaScript ES2020+, ESLint, and Prettier.
Nice to have
- Experience with dynamic forms, TanStack Query, multi-operator or white-label platforms, and backoffice tooling.
- Background in iGaming platforms and familiarity with Storybook, Chromatic, i18next, Vite, or modern frontend build tooling.
