Factory Preparation Competence Engineer (EUV)

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands, with occasional customer-site visits.

hirify.global develops and produces EUV machines and supports their installation and qualification at customer sites.

What you will do

• Introduce new facility designs and prepare hirify.global factories and customer sites for EUV system installation and qualification.
• Create, release, and maintain HVM Pre-Install Packages, including installation requirements, pre-install manuals, utility data sheets, and technical drawings.
• Present new and updated pre-install packages to customers and local Customer Support offices and support execution with technical expertise.
• Audit customer factory preparations and initiate improvements based on customer and hirify.global fab experience.
• Review and write procedures, sequences, and checklists for interconnect materials.
• Provide second-line production engineering support for infrastructure and interconnects in the Veldhoven factory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree combining project management and technical disciplines, such as Industrial Engineering and Design.
• 3–5 years of technical engineering experience, preferably with customer exposure.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and schematics.
• Flexibility, ownership, accountability, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English required.
