3D Artist (Unity)

What you will do

• Create 3D models that match the established Monopoly GO! art style in collaboration with 2D concept artists.
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve quality, iteration, and production efficiency where appropriate.
• Follow the 3D pipeline for exporting and optimizing assets in Unity, identifying workflow friction.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior 3D artists.
• Coordinate with teams outside the art department to understand asset requests and deliver work on schedule.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a 3D artist in games, including casual mobile game art styles.
• Fluency with AI-assisted tools applied to real 3D production tasks while maintaining quality.
• Experience shipping multiple game titles as a 3D artist.
• High proficiency in 3D modeling with 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender.
• Strong texturing skills with Photoshop, Substance, or 3D-Coat, plus experience importing and optimizing assets in Unity.
• Ability to give and receive objective feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience working with brand guidelines and stewardship of externally licensed intellectual property.
• 2D concepting and paint-over skills for AI-assisted concept-to-3D workflows.
• Passion for playing and making games.
