Monetization Artist (Mobile Games)

Location: Remote from Barcelona, Spain, with CET +/- 3 hour time zone alignment

What you will do

• Create playful, intuitive, and cohesive visual experiences for mobile games.
• Design and implement in-game events, offers, promotional screens, sale banners, seasonal promotions, and purchase flows.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, product management, and monetization teams on new game features and conversion-driven design decisions.
• Own the visual pipeline from brief through implementation, including asset handoff.
• Maintain and evolve UI component libraries and style guides.
• Create A/B test variants, iterate based on performance data, and participate in design reviews.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in game UI and an understanding of game UI principles.
• Familiarity with mobile game design patterns, including LiveOps events, popups, and progression screens.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, and AI creative tools.
• Strong design, drawing, color, composition, and conceptual ideation skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, make quick decisions, and meet tight schedules.
• Fluent English and availability during CET +/- 3 hour working hours required.
