Senior Pricing Analyst, Savings (Fintech)

Location: Cardiff, London or remote within the UK; the role operates in a hybrid model between the London office and home

Salary: £75,000–£95,000 per year, plus performance-linked incentive awards and benefits.

What you will do

• Monitor live savings portfolio performance, identify trends, and diagnose the drivers of deposit movements.
• Analyse pricing elasticity, acquisition, and retention data to optimise growth and profitability trade-offs.
• Model the commercial impact of strategic savings initiatives and support planning cycles with Finance.
• Partner with Treasury, Finance, Data Science, and Product teams on pricing decisions and balance-sheet impacts.
• Build, maintain, and improve pricing datasets and Looker dashboards.
• Track UK macroeconomic conditions, Bank of England rate changes, and competitor pricing to recommend market-responsive changes.

Requirements

• Experience in pricing, portfolio management, or commercial product management within UK retail banking, fintech, or fast-paced consumer finance.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience using data to understand customer behaviour and guide commercial decisions.
• Experience with data analysis or visualisation tools such as Looker, SQL, Python, or Jupyter.
• Ability to work through complex and ambiguous problems and communicate financial analysis clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience working in a product-led, digital-first environment.
• Ability to work from the UK and attend the London office as part of the hybrid arrangement.
