Senior Handover Manager - Saudi National

Location: Full-time onsite in the Client’s offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

What you will do

• Lead coordination of testing, commissioning, final acceptance, and handover activities across FLS, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, utility, HVAC, and firewater systems.
• Develop handover strategies, execution plans, procedures, commissioning sequences, start-up procedures, and schedules.
• Coordinate mechanical completion verification, commissioning readiness, system energization, start-up, performance testing, and operational readiness reviews.
• Manage punch-list identification and closure, completion dossiers, turnover packages, handover documentation, and project close-out.
• Interface with the Client, authorities, PMCs, contractors, engineering, construction, QA/QC, operations, HSE teams, and package vendors.
• Resolve technical issues affecting commissioning schedules, system performance, acceptance, and transfer to end users, operators, and maintainers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in FLS, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing commissioning and handover for infrastructure and building projects.
• At least 5 years in a Lead Handover Engineer, Senior Commissioning, or Senior Handover role.
• Proven experience with utility systems, mechanical packages, brownfield modifications, and tie-ins.
• Experience supporting pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, operational handover, HSE activities, PTW systems, quality audits, and completion documentation.

• PMP certification.
