TL;DR
Platform Engineer with AWS (AWS/Terraform/Python): Building and evolving a scalable developer platform that streamlines software delivery, infrastructure provisioning, governance, and developer onboarding with an accent on Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, and AWS identity management. Focus on developing self-service capabilities, integrating developer tools through APIs, and improving platform reliability, security, scalability, and developer experience.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain platform services, automation solutions, and infrastructure components.
- Design Infrastructure as Code solutions with Terraform and manage AWS infrastructure, IAM policies, roles, and permissions.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Integrate source control, CI/CD, security, artifact management, and other developer tools into platform workflows.
- Develop Python-based automation, API-driven integrations, onboarding workflows, and self-service capabilities.
- Improve platform reliability, security, scalability, troubleshooting, performance, and developer adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering or DevOps roles.
- Production experience with Python and hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience designing and managing AWS infrastructure, including IAM policies, roles, and permissions.
- Experience creating and maintaining GitHub Actions workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience integrating developer tools, working with APIs, and building automation-driven integrations.
- Knowledge of platform engineering principles, developer experience practices, software delivery lifecycles, and DevOps methodologies.
Nice to have
- Experience with Internal Developer Portals, preferably Port.io, and software or service catalog management.
- Knowledge of golden path implementation strategies and developer self-service solutions.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle security and compliance practices.
- Experience with agent-based platforms, tool governance, integration ecosystems, and cloud-native platform architecture.
