Associate Director, Digital Integration & Data Solutions, Health Ingredients (HI) (Data Integration/Digital Transformation): Leading enterprise integration strategy and building scalable data solutions connecting commercial, product management, regulatory, supply chain, customer engagement, and analytics platforms with an accent on secure data flows, APIs, cloud-native architecture, and data governance. Focus on designing data pipelines, translating business requirements into digital capabilities, and aligning integration roadmaps with Health Ingredients business priorities.
Location: Gurugram, India — hybrid

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end digital integration strategy for the Health Ingredients business.
- Own the architecture and delivery of reliable, scalable, and secure integrations across commercial, product management, regulatory, supply chain, customer engagement, and analytics platforms.
- Design and govern data pipelines and integration frameworks for product, customer, market, and operational data.
- Translate business requirements into digital solutions supporting product lifecycle management, portfolio growth, customer engagement, and lead management.
- Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Customer Experience, Product Management, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and IT teams.
- Develop integration roadmaps aligned with digital transformation priorities and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience leading complex integration, data engineering, or digital transformation initiatives in life sciences, health ingredients, nutrition, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, Product Information Management, marketing platforms, analytics tools, and cloud technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing APIs, middleware solutions, data integration frameworks, and cloud-native architectures.
- Deep knowledge of data governance, master data management, data quality principles, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including translating business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with global teams across multiple regions and time zones.
