General Manager, Dietary Supplement Verification (Dietary Supplements): Leading the transformation, relaunch, and growth of USP’s multimillion-dollar Dietary Supplement Verification Program with an accent on commercial repositioning, customer engagement, market expansion, and premium quality standards. Focus on building growth strategy, evolving pricing and value proposition, strengthening external positioning, and coordinating cross-functional execution across a global customer base.

Location: Remote, with some travel; applicants must reside in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New Hampshire, Florida, North Carolina, Michigan, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, or California.

Salary: USD $208,000–$286,000 annually, plus a target annual bonus that varies by role level.

What you will do

Lead the transformation, relaunch, and growth of the Dietary Supplement Verification Program.
Lead the existing commercial team across sales, business development, and marketing.
Drive customer engagement, pipeline development, market expansion, and relaunch execution.
Lead commercial positioning, pricing evolution, value proposition, and competitiveness initiatives.
Represent the program externally with customers and industry stakeholders.
Partner with Verification Operations, Marketing, Industry Programs, and transformation resources in a matrixed environment.

Requirements

10+ years of leadership or management experience.
10+ years of experience in dietary supplements or related industries, certification, or quality programs.
Understanding of manufacturing and quality systems.
Strong external-facing leadership track record and ability to build stakeholder credibility quickly.
Residence in one of the specified U.S. states is required.
Willingness to work remotely with some travel and stakeholder engagement.
