Minimum salary: €2,362 gross per month; the final package is market-oriented and expected to be significantly higher.

’s Global Motorsports Team develops the brand’s presence across international 4-Wheel Offroad motorsports competitions and events.
What you will do
- Coordinate international 4-Wheel Offroad events and projects from concept development through on-site execution.
- Manage event logistics, shipments, setup, branding implementation, hospitality, and operational requirements.
- Develop and deliver brand activations with internal teams, designers, vendors, manufacturers, and external partners.
- Build relationships with athletes, teams, event organizers, suppliers, markets, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate products, equipment, information, stock, and point-of-sale materials for supported athletes and teams.
- Own selected projects and solve operational challenges throughout the motorsports season.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in marketing, motorsports, or a comparable environment.
- Experience coordinating projects, events, or operations in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organization, communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
- Experience working with external partners, agencies, and suppliers.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English required; willingness to work hands-on at international live racing events and travel 20–30%.
Nice to have
- German language skills.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
