Logistics Analyst

Location: Shenzhen, China; full-time, onsite logistics role.

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate shipments for the South Latin America and APAC distribution businesses.
• Monitor transportation schedules and on-time delivery performance.
• Manage carrier bookings, shipment tracking, freight documentation, and ocean freight space capacity.
• Analyze logistics data, monitor KPIs, and identify process improvement and cost reduction opportunities.
• Collaborate with suppliers, warehouses, and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Support inventory planning, capacity management, compliance, and logistics performance reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or freight forwarding operations.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft tools.
• Knowledge of freight cost management and carrier performance evaluation.

• Experience with AI tools.
