What you will do
- Design and implement automated testing solutions across projects and client engagements.
- Explore, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve QA efficiency and test automation.
- Contribute technically to automation quality engineering practices in an agile environment.
- Improve automation approaches, test reliability, and process scalability.
- Share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues across QA practices.
Requirements
- Strong programming experience in an OOP language such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, design patterns, clean code, and software engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks or tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, REST Assured, or Robot Framework.
- Experience with API testing, Git, CI/CD tools, databases, and basic SQL queries.
- Practical experience, curiosity, or experimentation with AI adoption in QA, including AI-assisted automation, test maintenance, test scenario generation, synthetic test data, or AI-powered QA workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience building internal QA tools or automation platforms.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or distributed systems.
- Familiarity with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, or AI-powered developer tools.
