Product Engineers (PHP/Vue.js)

Location: 100% remote, work from anywhere in Poland

Salary: Up to 25,000 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Own technical solutions end-to-end, from problem discovery and technical design through implementation, testing, release, and continuous improvement.
• Lead backend services or deliver complete user-facing features across frontend and backend.
• Make technical decisions balancing customer value, delivery speed, maintainability, and operational risk.
• Test, release, monitor, and support solutions during rollout and hypercare.
• Use Claude Code, MCP servers, AI agents, and internal tooling for discovery, implementation, testing, debugging, and workflow automation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Commercial backend experience with PHP and Laravel or Symfony, including backend system design, business logic, data modelling, REST APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with distributed architectures such as microservices or event-driven systems, plus relational and non-relational databases, caching, and message queues.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and production infrastructure.
• For full-stack work: commercial experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Vue.js, PHP, and Laravel, including component architecture, state management, performance, and UX.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or an equivalent AI coding environment.
• Comfortable communication in Polish and English, with the ability to work across product, QA, engineering, and business functions.

Nice to have

• Experience creating MCP servers, agents, skills, or internal AI tooling.
• Production experience with Event Sourcing or CQRS.
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, caching, queues, service boundaries, or complex integrations.
• A shipped side project or a product feature owned from initial problem through production outcomes.
