Delivery Station Team Lead (Erfurt)

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure accurate and timely inbound and outbound processing while following operational procedures.
• Monitor inventory, conduct stock counts, resolve overages and shortages, and manage slow-moving stock.
• Plan storage areas, standardize stacking, and maintain warehouse cleanliness and cargo safety.
• Handle damaged goods and order anomalies, record operational data, and report process bottlenecks.
• Support workflow improvements to increase warehouse efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in warehouse inbound and outbound operations.
• Ability to manage inventory accuracy, stocktaking, and discrepancies.
• Understanding of storage standards, warehouse safety, and operational compliance.
• Ability to analyze operational issues, maintain accurate records, and report exceptions.
• Willingness to work in Erfurt, Germany.
