VP of HW Systems Engineering (AI Security Hardware)

What you will do

• Lead TCU-based embedded systems from concept through high-volume production.
• Drive complex board designs into mass production, optimizing DFM, DFT, factory test coverage, and production yields.
• Oversee customer field-return investigations, failure analysis, corrective actions, and reliability improvements.
• Lead first-silicon and platform bring-up, low-level bus validation, and EVT/DVT testing in the lab.
• Partner with ASIC, silicon, firmware, and software teams to isolate and resolve system bugs.
• Integrate OCP DC-SCM standards, manage supplier relationships, and guide redesigns around component availability.

Requirements

• 20+ years of hardware engineering experience with leadership experience in server, data center, or semiconductor environments.
• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience taking complex board designs to high-volume production and resolving field RMA issues.
• Deep hands-on expertise in circuit design, schematic capture, laboratory equipment, and platform troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of OCP DC-SCM solutions, including DC-SCI interfaces and relevant form factors, plus relationships with hyperscaler and OEM partners.
• Expertise with Cadence OrCAD/Allegro, server interfaces, modern CPU/GPU architectures, Linux, and Python or Bash scripting.
