Senior Digital Marketing Developer (CMS)

Location: Remote within Colombia

What you will do

• Build, update, optimize, and publish digital experiences using approved copy, modular components, and design frameworks in enterprise CMS platforms.
• Perform pre-publication quality checks for image rendering, responsive breakpoints, SEO metadata, and visual fidelity.
• Use CMS revision history and preview tools to manage updates, track changes, and move pages through governance workflows.
• Collaborate with Design, Technology, and Product teams to maintain asset compliance, visual integrity, and functional standards across digital channels.

Requirements

• Solid experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as Brightspot.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals, including meta descriptions, tags, and Open Graph/social sharing metadata.
• Knowledge of web accessibility best practices and WCAG standards.
• Strong attention to detail when checking copy, design compositions, component behavior, and styling.
• Experience with digital asset management, web image optimization, performance practices, and cropping constraints.
• If holding an Engineering or related degree, a professional license may be required under Colombian regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience managing multilingual content, regional localization, and translation workflows.
• Ability to use browser developer tools to inspect DOM structure and troubleshoot page issues.
• Understanding of staging, preview, and production deployment lifecycles.
