Senior Data Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in Canada; Quebec excluded. Ontario or the Eastern Time Zone preferred.

What you will do

• Analyze product usage, feature adoption, telemetry, and financial data to support product strategy and user experience improvements.
• Own the analytics lifecycle, including data modeling, dashboard creation, KPI development, and high-accuracy analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to manage requirements and deliver actionable insights on tight timelines.
• Coach and mentor associate-level analysts as a technical guide.
• Track analytics execution metrics, including throughput, delivery speed, and on-time completion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or product analytics within a SaaS or technology company.
• Professional experience must include product telemetry or usage data.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills.
• Strong Databricks experience, including PySpark, notebooks, data lakehouses, medallion architecture, and AWS S3.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, DataFrames, GitHub, and clear stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Amplitude, or Gainsight.
