Operations Analyst - Trust Tax

Location: Home Location-PA (PAH01), United States; remote work may be available in select geographic locations with occasional in-office participation based on business needs. Work must be performed from a quiet, secure, confidential, and hirify.global-approved home workspace.

What you will do

• Execute routine transactions and processes for a specialized trust tax operational area.
• Identify and escalate exceptions while coordinating with internal service partners and, when needed, external customers.
• Prepare and verify documentation and other materials required to complete transactions.
• Respond to inquiries and ad hoc requests, provide workflow feedback, and support process improvement initiatives.
• Review transactions and work processes for accuracy, service-level compliance, and adherence to applicable policies.
• Participate in risk mitigation, quality monitoring, and onboarding or training support for new hires.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED may be sufficient; no university or college degree is required.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of operational functions, process management, problem management, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to support compliance and risk mitigation requirements.
