Analyst - Capital Markets Transaction Oversight

What you will do

• Coordinate oversight activities across client and transaction onboarding, active transactions, deal file review, and transaction offboarding.
• Track transaction milestones, deliverables, approvals, issues, findings, and remediation actions.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and version-controlled transaction documentation and audit-ready records.
• Execute controls, validate checklists and approvals, and ensure governance and documentation standards are met.
• Coordinate with business lines, transaction execution teams, and control functions to collect information and communicate requirements.
• Review electronic communications through Global Relay, support audits and testing, and escalate complex issues to senior oversight leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in financial services, capital markets, operations, risk, or control environments.
• Experience with related transaction systems and CRM tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• FINRA Series 99, 79, or 52.
• Experience supporting capital markets transactions and transaction lifecycle workflows.
• Experience with DealCloud, Box.com, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exposure to governance, risk, compliance, or audit processes.
