Client Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions about markets, positions, and the platform.
• Guide new customers through onboarding and help them become confident platform users.
• Write clear, concise, and consistent customer communications.
• Identify when issues require escalation and maintain ownership through the handoff.
• Spot recurring questions and friction points, recommend improvements, and build repeatable client-facing processes.

Requirements

• At least one year of client-facing, account management, or external customer relationship experience.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively follow up.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn a technical product quickly and explain it in plain language.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with prediction markets, futures, or other derivatives products.
• Experience building or improving a client-facing process from scratch.
