Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: In-person at the NYC HQ in Union Square, New York City

Salary: $175,000–$275,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Shape product vision, strategy, and roadmap with executive, product, and engineering stakeholders.
• Own complex, cross-functional product initiatives from concept through launch across multiple workstreams.
• Translate ambiguous business and user problems into design frameworks, user journeys, prototypes, and polished experiences.
• Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to guide product direction and validate solutions.
• Establish and evolve design systems and patterns across product surfaces.
• Mentor designers, provide design leadership, and improve product workflows and design processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience with ownership of complex consumer-facing digital products for mobile and/or desktop.
• Track record of leading end-to-end design initiatives from strategy through launch with measurable impact.
• Experience building or scaling design systems and strong systems-thinking skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic problem framing, high-quality execution, and shipped work.
• Deep proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, strong communication, and understanding of technical constraints and trade-offs.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and executive stakeholders in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
