What you will do

• Communicate loan status, respond to borrower questions, and provide consistent support by phone and email.
• Analyze borrower information to assess pre-approval and loan feasibility.
• Interview borrowers and obtain or verify required information and documentation.
• Coordinate internal loan-processing efforts, resolve application issues, and support timely closings.
• Educate borrowers about the loan process and available products and service alternatives.
• Manage social media presence and monitor numbers to improve efficiency and meet company goals.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of Loan Officer experience in the San Antonio area.
• Passion for helping Veterans and military families.
• Strong relationship-building, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation, initiative, competitive drive, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to remain knowledgeable about company and industry guidelines and processes.
• Business calls may be recorded and reviewed using AI-assisted technology for coaching, quality assurance, compliance, training, and performance evaluation; voiceprints may be collected, stored, and used.
