Software Engineer - Data & Analytics

What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes that transform raw data into usable formats.
• Design and optimize data models for reporting and analytical use cases.
• Build dashboards and other data products for internal and external users.
• Create and maintain MCPs, RAG pipelines, APIs, and visualization tools.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analytics engineers, business stakeholders, and customers to deliver actionable insights.
• Monitor pipelines, troubleshoot failures, and implement data quality, validation, cleansing, and documentation practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in data science or analytics and strong SQL skills for data modeling.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, data warehousing, ETL, and data modeling tools such as Airflow and dbt.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau and cloud data platforms including AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or ClickHouse.
• Programming experience with Python and familiarity with agentic analytics, LLM data enrichment, MCPs, and agentic query building.
• Advanced Portuguese and English are required. Strong communication skills are needed for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
