Customer Care Representative

What you will do

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
• Resolve customer concerns and respond to account-opening and banking inquiries.
• Explain and promote TBK Bank products and services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer records and report unusual or recurring issues to management.
• Follow bank policies and regulatory requirements while suggesting service and process improvements.
• Participate in ongoing training and work scheduled Saturday hours from 9 AM to 1 PM CST or 8 AM to 12 PM MTN.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, active listening, and multitasking skills.
• Comfort working on the phone for extended periods and staying calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• One to two years of call center experience preferred; banking experience is a plus.
