District Manager / Senior District Manager, Stores A&F Co. (South Virginia) (Retail)

Location: Richmond, Virginia; role based in Virginia and supporting district stores

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead people, product, and process strategies across the district to deliver customer-focused store experiences and results.
• Manage district operations across Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, and abercrombie kids stores.
• Train, develop, and support store managers and general managers, including career progression initiatives.
• Manage annual reviews, hiring participation, retention initiatives, schedules, and budgets.
• Partner with visual, Asset Protection, cross-functional district, and store teams to improve execution and efficiency.
• Resolve operational and customer issues and introduce ideas to improve the store experience and sales performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• At least 4 years of retail management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, relationship-building, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead teams remotely and manage multiple priorities, projects, and deliverables.
• Availability to work nights, evenings, and weekends according to retail business needs.
• High standards, attention to detail, adaptability, and passion for retail and the Abercrombie & Fitch Co. brands.
