Senior Wealth and Trust Advisor (Wealth Management): Managing complex fiduciary, trust, and wealth management relationships for individual, corporate, and institutional clients with an accent on client strategy, estate planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Focus on coordinating multidisciplinary wealth solutions, developing client relationships, mentoring advisors, and administering sensitive accounts in accordance with fiduciary standards.

Location: Princeton, New Jersey, United States. Candidates must already be authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $133,728.00–$219,696.75 per year, plus potential incentive and retention awards.

What you will do

  • Manage and deepen complex, highly sensitive client relationships across wealth management and fiduciary services.
  • Coordinate bank resources and multidisciplinary specialists to deliver customized financial, investment, tax, estate, and legacy strategies.
  • Build relationships with clients, families, attorneys, accountants, prospective clients, and referral networks to identify business development opportunities.
  • Administer client accounts in accordance with fiduciary, legal, regulatory, compliance, documentation, risk management, and audit standards.
  • Lead or contribute to fiduciary services initiatives, projects, committees, and external industry activities.
  • Mentor junior advisors through training, professional development, workflow management, and complex issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or CFP®, CFA, CTFA, or JD is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in a bank trust department, financial services firm, or law firm managing complex trust and wealth relationships.
  • Advanced expertise in fiduciary administration, tax planning, estate planning concepts, trust structures, financial markets, investment principles, and wealth planning strategies.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, cross-functional collaboration, client service, and priority management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information and handle sensitive client and management conversations.
  • Current authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
