Regional Service Representative - Missouri & Kansas

Location: Remote, but the candidate must live within the Missouri and Kansas territory; relocation is not offered. The role requires 80% travel, including possible weekend travel, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and flexibility outside normal hours.

Salary: $82,908–$124,467 annually.

What you will do

• Manage multiple laboratory client accounts and expand relationships within client laboratories.
• Advocate for clients, analyze feedback, and coordinate cross-departmental efforts to improve business and operational processes.
• Lead onboarding activities, establish relationships with laboratory and pathology departments, and identify key decision-makers.
• Provide onsite technical training on electronic applications, products, and services.
• Promote test campaigns, utilization-improvement opportunities, outreach initiatives, and strategic client projects.
• Coordinate Mayo resources, document client interactions, respond to issues, and escalate feedback appropriately.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or science.
• At least 5 years of clinical laboratory experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong communication, customer-service, technical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work in multifunctional environments, and adapt to fast-paced and ambiguous situations.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to travel extensively using major public transportation; 80% travel is required.
• No visa sponsorship or transfer is available, and the role is not eligible for the F-1 STEM OPT extension program. A two-year commitment is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Accreditation by a national agency such as MT, CLS, MLS, MB, CG, MP, or HTL.
• Leadership, management, or outreach experience.
