TL;DR
Technical Graphic Designer & Motion Designer (Print, Signage, and Motion Graphics): Producing precise, production-ready visual assets for digital, print, signage, airport, and border-control environments with an accent on brand compliance, accessibility, and technical delivery standards. Focus on building static and animated assets from approved specifications, preparing large-format and multimedia files, and maintaining accurate version-controlled deliverables across vendors and deployment platforms.
Location: Full-time onsite in Reston, Virginia, United States. Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder.

designs and implements biometric recognition, immigration processing, and intelligent information management systems for border security and passenger processing.
What you will do
- Convert approved layouts, wireframes, storyboards, scripts, and brand templates into precise production-ready static and motion assets.
- Create brochures, logos, reports, advertisements, web pages, signage, wayfinding materials, digital screens, and large-format environmental graphics.
- Produce short-form motion graphics, UI animations, informational videos, and assets for airport and border-control environments.
- Prepare and export files for print, fabrication, digital deployment, and multimedia distribution in required formats.
- Coordinate technical specifications with printers, fabricators, signage vendors, IT teams, and digital integrators.
- Maintain brand asset libraries, file structures, templates, version control, and production quality across multiple projects.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of production-focused graphic design experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Figma or similar tools for layout handoff and versioning.
- Strong understanding of print production, large-format print, signage, fabrication, color management, scaling, bleed, trim, resolution, and export standards.
- Ability to work within strict brand, accessibility, regulatory, and compliance frameworks while managing multiple deadline-driven projects.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder and work onsite in Reston, Virginia.
