Data Analyst

Location: Omaha, NE, United States; US work authorization required. Visa sponsorship is not provided now or in the future.

Salary: $62,400–$85,800 national average base salary annually, plus 12% incentive.

What you will do

• Create and deliver consolidated reporting mechanisms and segmentation analysis for risk guidelines, process changes, and pricing decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of reporting tools, technology infrastructure, data frameworks, structures, and definitions.
• Produce and maintain operational, transactional, and financial metrics for assigned departments.
• Analyze business activity, trends, variances, and other data to support management decisions and operational tracking.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions, and resolve operational roadblocks.
• Communicate findings and educate or coordinate with stakeholders to support satisfactory resolutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of report and data analytics experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL preferred.
• Experience with Python, Django, JavaScript, Databricks, Power BI, Jira, and React.
• US work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, strong communication and analytical abilities, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects.
