Governance Risk and Compliance Analyst

Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States. Candidates must already be authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $64,491.00–$105,949.50 per year, plus potential incentive and retention awards.

What you will do

• Monitor and maintain the governance, risk, and compliance framework in alignment with FFIEC, GLBA, SOX, and other regulatory standards.
• Conduct risk assessments for business units, IT systems, and third-party vendors.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing evidence and tracking remediation actions.
• Maintain risk registers, control matrices, compliance documentation, risk metrics, and incident reports.
• Perform ongoing internal control monitoring and testing, investigate compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve controls, support regulatory readiness, and maintain GRC tools and platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Information Security, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in governance, risk management, compliance, or audit, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with risk assessments, control testing, or GRC platforms such as Archer, LogicGate, or ServiceNow GRC.
• Knowledge of information security requirements, banking regulations, and frameworks including NIST, SOX, OCC, FFIEC, GLBA, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain risk topics and prepare clear documentation.
• Existing United States work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
