Reporting and Controls Lead, Data Center Capacity Delivery

Location: Remote-friendly within the United States; staff are expected to work from one of the offices at least 25% of the time, with some roles requiring more office attendance.

Annual salary: $320,000–$405,000 USD

What you will do

• Own consolidated milestone tracking across active and upcoming data center delivery projects, covering early floor access, floor access, and ready-for-service milestones.
• Validate schedule and status data from developers, general contractors, and third-party project-management partners, resolving discrepancies at the source.
• Maintain portfolio capacity projections and variance-to-plan reporting.
• Build reporting for delivery reviews and executive updates.
• Define integrated-schedule, data-standard, and reporting-tool conventions with the Program Management Lead.
• Automate reporting and data-quality checks, including through AI-assisted tools where appropriate.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or program reporting for large capital construction programs, such as data center, energy, or industrial projects.
• Experience running consolidated reporting across a multi-project portfolio rather than a single job.
• Fluency with scheduling, spreadsheet, and BI tools, such as Primavera P6, Excel, and Power BI.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and through charts with technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to work from the United States and attend an Anthropic office at least 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Hyperscaler, colocation, or developer-side program-controls experience.
• Owner’s-side cost controls or earned-value reporting experience.
• Experience building planning or reporting tools with AI-assisted development.
