Reporting and Controls Lead (AI Data Centers)

Location: Remote-friendly within the United States, with at least 25% office attendance expected.

What you will do

• Own consolidated milestone tracking across active and upcoming data center delivery projects, from early floor access through floor access and ready-for-service.
• Validate and reconcile schedule and status data from developers, general contractors, and third-party project-management partners.
• Maintain portfolio capacity projections and variance-to-plan reporting.
• Build reporting for delivery reviews and executive updates.
• Define data standards, integrated-schedule conventions, and reporting tools with the Program Management Lead.
• Automate reporting and data-quality checks where possible, including through AI-assisted tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or program reporting on large capital construction programs, preferably in data centers, energy, or industrial environments.
• Experience running consolidated reporting across a multi-project portfolio rather than a single project.
• Fluency with scheduling, spreadsheet, and business-intelligence tools such as Primavera P6, Excel, and Power BI.
• Clear written and visual communication for technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to work from the United States and attend one of the company’s offices at least 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Hyperscaler, colocation, or developer-side program-controls experience.
• Owner’s-side cost controls or earned-value reporting experience.
• Experience building planning or reporting tools with AI-assisted development.
