Production Director - Services (Game Production)

What you will do

• Define the Hélix graphics team’s mission, priorities, objectives, and production roadmaps with management.
• Coordinate visual production deliverables, including key art, thumbnails, codex assets, style guides, and promotional content.
• Establish production processes and operational frameworks across teams and projects.
• Plan and oversee production activities while balancing schedules, resources, budgets, and competing priorities.
• Monitor deliverable progress and quality, communicate updates to stakeholders, and mitigate production risks.
• Improve workflows, production tools, and collaboration practices while supporting manager development and resource planning.

Requirements

• Experience managing teams in a production or creative services environment.
• Knowledge of visual production pipelines and content delivery workflows.
• Understanding of graphic production deliverables such as key art, style guides, and promotional assets.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities across complex production schedules and assess production risks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional creative and production teams, with an organized and collaborative leadership approach.
