Lead Creative Manager (AI)

Location: Paris, France; on-site role with remote days.

What you will do

• Prioritize and drive creative production for multiple games based on product and user acquisition strategy.
• Analyze team performance, define action plans, and deliver against KPIs.
• Lead a team of up to six people, including recruiting, coaching, and developing talent.
• Discover new creative concepts and share best practices with other creative teams.
• Lead projects focused on testing new tools and improving creative production processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in creative performance marketing in the gaming and/or mobile apps industry.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, or Runway.
• Extensive experience managing a team in a creative field.
• Successful experience leading high-impact projects.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
