Lead Creative Manager (Mobile Games)

What you will do

• Prioritize and drive creative production for multiple games based on product and user acquisition strategies.
• Analyze team performance, define action plans, and deliver against KPIs.
• Lead a squad of up to six creative operators, including recruiting, coaching, and talent development.
• Discover new creative concepts and share best practices with other creative teams.
• Lead projects focused on testing new tools and improving creative production processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in creative performance marketing within the gaming and/or mobile apps industry.
• Extensive experience managing teams in a creative field.
• Proven success leading high-impact projects.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work on-site in Paris.
