Group Product Manager (Digital Marketplace)

Location: Remote, United States

Annual salary: $130,000–$185,000, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

What you will do

• Develop and communicate a product vision for a portfolio of digital marketplace products.
• Build and maintain prioritized product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and ensure execution through Agile methodologies.
• Lead product discovery and execution, including user story creation and product backlog management.
• Apply data-driven strategies to guide business decisions and measure product releases against company KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners, and stakeholders to improve products and maintain business alignment.
• Mentor and lead Product Managers and Business Analysts, and report portfolio progress and impact to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a customer-facing, technology-related business role.
• Management experience and the ability to mentor Product Managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven success developing business cases, product roadmaps, and product execution strategies.
• Ability to work across an organization, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and prioritize capabilities for diverse user needs.
• Strong communication skills across audiences ranging from engineers to C-level executives.

Nice to have

• Experience in a similar industry or with digital marketplace products.
• Familiarity with advanced data analytics tools.
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
